BOOKINGS & CLASSES
Do I need to book?
Yes. As we have limited spaces available, bookings are absolutely essential. Walk-in’s are not encouraged.
How can I cancel my booking?
Any session you are unable to attend must be cancelled through the MindBody booking system. This can be done by clicking ‘my schedule’, selecting the appropriate booking and proceeding to cancel.
What are the fees associated with making a cancellation?
Sessions cancelled more than 10 hours prior to class beginning are considered an ‘early cancel’ and will result in a refund of the session value to your account.
Sessions cancelled within 10 hours of the class beginning is considered a ‘late cancel’ and will result in a loss of the sessions value. For unlimited memberships, a $10 late cancellation fee will be applied.
Sessions must be cancelled if you are unable to attend, regardless of whether you are eligible for a refund or not. We require you to adhere to this policy as a courtesy to other clients wanting to attend classes.
Failure to cancel a booking that you do not show for will result in a $15 no show fee. Three consecutive no-show offenses will result in your account being suspended until you contact the studio.
The Class I want to attend is booked out. How does the waitlist system work?
Due to the popularity of classes we offer a waitlist system. An automated e-mail and/or SMS will notify you if a space becomes available. Please ensure both SMS and email notification settings are enabled for this service.
You are required to confirm or deny this request upon receipt. Failure to respond will result in the system assuming you can attend class.
When it comes to late cancellation and no show fees, please treat the waitlist like a normal booking. If you are added into class from a waitlist within 6 hours of the class beginning, you are liable for the late cancellation fee as per the normal booking policies. Cancellations from waitlists can be managed in the app like a normal booking.
What if my class is cancelled?
We require a minimum of 2 people to run a class. Classes can be cancelled up to 3 hours prior to classes starting and your trainer will notify you should these circumstances arise.
Is Pilates covered by my Private Health Fund?
No. Due to recent changes in the Government Legislation you are unable to claim back money through your private health fund.
How old do I have to be attend classes?
We require you to be at least 16 years of age to attend any of our group classes.
I am Pregnant. Can I still attend classes?
Pregnant clients may participate in group classes up until 16 weeks. Post 16 weeks you will not be permitted to attend. If you are brand new to reformer Pilates we recommend that you wait until your pregnancy is over before starting classes.
Do you provide membership options?
Yes! We have 2 per week, 3 per week, and unlimited monthly membership options. These are not visible on the MindBody app and therefore can only be purchased online through your web browser. To view all of our pricing options, click here.
